who are the main deciders of the institution, are managed by a
board of directors made of a head, a clerk and two observers.

Board of
directors
Mohammad Rasool Allah charity
institute has a board of directors made of main members
and 2 substitutes. The council is elected by the board of
trustees for two years. In the meetings of the managing council,
the majority of members must be present and decisions must be
made bye the vote of the majority of the members. If a member of
the managing council resign or die or get deposed, one of the
substitutes would take his place for the remaining period of
time. Members of the board of directors hold a meeting in a week
after election to vote for the head, the vice-president and the
treasurer of the council from among themselves. Power of the
head, vice-president and treasurer is determined in the
regulations. Managing council also can choose someone as
managing director from among the council’s members or out of the
council and can decide on the power of the managing director.
The elected managing director is the representative of the
institute and has the right to sign the documents.
Inspectors
The general meeting of the
institution chooses two persons as main inspectors and one
substitute for one year. Also, choosing new inspectors has no
limitation. Inspectors can take part in the meetings without
right to vote.

all documents including financial documents and report them to
the general council
to read the
annual report of the board of directors including financial and
nonfinancial reports and to report the yearly operation of the
managing council to the general council
to report
the offendings of the board of directors against the
constitution
Board of
directors must hand over all the documents without any
protestation, whenever the inspectors need them for
investigation
